After one month without smoking cigarettes, the cilia inside your lungs will get started to repair. The cilia are the tiny, hair-like buildings that motivate mucus out of the lungs. After the cilia are able to do their job proficiently, they can struggle off illness and clear the lungs more easily. With properly operating lungs, your coughing and shortness of breathing will continue steadily to decrease dramatically.
but as I wrote in my last post, I needed issues with my throat/neck. I did so went to the doc, identified as having high BP and then with diabetes. but nonetheless it is at first stages. one of the docs I frequented approved me hell great deal of medications but the other said you can control it without medication as my HbA1C was 8.9% and also for that particular week my glucose level arrived down.
I've only been cigarette free for tow weeks now but the most frustrating symptoms for me thus far are dry mouth, bad taste in my own mouth area, and tingling in my own finger tips. I have no idea if the bad flavor is because I've used the patch route to quit. I will be taking away the patch tomorrow, so I will see out in a few days if that was the reason why. My oral cavity is also a bit sore and I do have a runny nose area and a hoarse speech. lol...just slipping apart. but it will be worth it. it has gotten better as the times have passed. I was a pack and a half each day smoker on some days. most days just one load up, but on demanding days it might be 1.5 packages. you have to wish to accomplish it. Me I want to take action. and am driven. I quit cold turkey years ago when I then found out I was wanting with my child. if I did it then I can do it now :) All the best everyone!
Wow 8 a few months is a long time to experience these side effects. You are doing everything that I normally suggest. I usually tell people to use over the counter methods and it will go away. I believe with you I would suggest heading back to the doctor to obtain a non permanent prescription for depression and take some diuretics for the fluid retention because it appears like the natural methods aren't helping.
